The sudden revelation of the ruins of my memory. There it is, all of it, a flood of sunlight in a cave. I touch the old stone, and I feel the rustle of the silk that once swished by it, through that doorway, to catch the last glimpse of the setting sun, its waning light softly tainting those clouds, those mountains, those beeches, the silhouettes of those peaks, those wonder filled eyes, shaded time and again by those cascading locks, playing with the breeze. I look at the old doorway, the pillars, all deeply drenched in the lore of their magnificence, and the memory of that face, which bent ever so often in a prayer, in these shadows, lashes slightly fluttering under the load of wishes. It may sound absurd, and I may be disturbed. But I hear the stones hum, a tune rekindling an unknown longing, and the forests echo with laughter. And I see myself, a warrior, standing on the threshold, reclaiming my lost heritage. It’s like a message in a bottle, washed across the seas of the ages to remind me that there’s time to change, to remind me of a long forgotten name, to make me a part of a myth, to make me the..
